For the last 40+ years, Cheri Taylor has faithfully followed the path that God has set for her in ministry. Blessed with a dynamic singing voice and an exciting stage presence, Cheri delights in a Gospel music thrust at concerts and special events to present the Word of God to her audience. Before becoming a solo performer and recording artist, she traveled with a local Gospel group in her home area of Santa Claus, Indiana.

Occasionally, they are joined on stage by founding member, Dean Hickman, who has been in southern gospel music for over 60 years. With three Dove Award nominations, multiple #1 songs and Fan Awards, the Lord has blessed The Guardians with an incredible journey since their inception.
